Meal Selection / RSVP:
Please initial beside each guest’s entree of choice on your RSVP card and mail back by November 20th. Dietary restrictions and modifications (Gluten Free, Nut Allergy, No Red Meat) should be listed on the back of your RSVP card.
Entree Choices -
Herb Crusted Beef Tenderloin
Toasted parmesan mashed potatoes, bacon Brussels sprouts, and house made steak sauce (served medium)
Honey Brined Chicken Breast
Sherry bacon creamed corn, roasted red skin potatoes, and haricot vert
Pan Seared Scallops
Mascarpone-brie risotto, asparagus, cranberry, pistachio, and charred-scallion oil
Seared Sweet Potato (Vegetarian)
Spiced walnuts, lime roasted broccoli, black bean puree, pico
Dress: Black Tie
The ceremony will be outside (but covered) so please dress accordingly. There will be a coat check for the reception.
We recommend Men’s Wearhouse, Jos A. Bank, The Black Tux.com, and Bernard’s (Durham) for tuxedo rentals.
